2. Open OCLEAN App Bluetooth application permissions (Settings-Application-OCLEAN App-Bluetooth);
3. If the phone's Bluetooth is already connected to other devices, please disconnect it first, and then restart the phone and search for Bluetooth in the App again.
4. App Bluetooth connection shows that the device has been bound, please contact Oclean official after-sales staff to unbind the device.
5. Please check whether the mobile phone GPS is turned on. If it is not turned on, please turn on the mobile phone GPS.
6. Please unpair in the Bluetooth in your hand, unbind the toothbrush, and then search for Bluetooth binding in the APP again.
7. Change to another mobile phone to connect. If the connection is successful, please try to operate 1~3 steps on the original mobile phone. If it is still not resolved, it is the phone's Bluetooth problem; if you change to another phone, but the Bluetooth still cannot be connected, please contact Oclean official after-sales personnel directly.
